However, due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the work has commenced, except under specific circumstances outlined below.
1. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any of our backlink services, including:
- Link building campaigns
- SEO packages
- Guest post services
- Any other services offered on Backlinks Guru
Once a link-building project has begun, all payments are final and non-refundable.
2. Exception to the Refund Policy
The only exception to our no-refund policy is if a purchased backlink is removed within one year of the purchase date. In such cases, we offer the following solutions:
a. Replacement Link
If a backlink is removed or becomes inactive within one year of purchase, we will replace it with an equivalent backlink from a similar domain authority website at no additional cost.
b. Refund Eligibility
In cases where a replacement link is not feasible, we will offer a refund for the specific backlink that was removed. This refund will only apply to the value of the individual link, not the entire package or service.

3. Conditions for Refund or Replacement
- The link must have been removed by the host website or become inactive through no fault of the client.
- The request for a replacement or refund must be submitted within one year from the date of purchase.
- Refunds or replacements will only be processed once we have verified that the link was indeed removed or deactivated.
